Support your colleagues for Epic training

Ensuring that all our caregivers can complete Epic training in time for go-live on April 7, 2018 will require a collaborative effort across the organization.

You can support your colleagues by being available during the Epic training phase, from Jan. 28 to April 7, 2018.

Please plan vacation or leaves of absence to avoid conflict with this period, when more than 3,000 caregivers will need coverage to complete training, and be available to cover for others.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience it may cause to restrict time off, especially during spring break. In order to avoid summer vacations and holidays, spring proved to be the best time period with the least impact on our caregivers and their families.
