Please update the Imprivata Cortext app on your mobile device 

Imprivata Cortext has updated its functionality. In order to get the most from Cortext, please ensure you have the latest version of the application on your smartphone or tablet.

IT is updating all desktop versions of the software.

To update apps on your mobile devices:

For Apple products (iPhone, iPad):

1. Go to your iPhone's home screen and 
   select the App Store icon 
2. When the App Store opens, tap the Updates icon in the very bottom bar of the screen
3. Scroll to find the Imprivata Cortext app (see image above with red and white keyhole symbol) from the list
4. Tap the Update button beside it or tap Update All at the top of the screen to update all your applications (this may take a while)
5. Enter your Apple ID and password and your apps will begin to update

For Android devices:

1. Tap to open the Android Marketplace on your home screen or in your app drawer
2. Once the Android Marketplace opens, tap the menu button on your device and choose My Apps
3. Any apps in need of an update will display the word "Update" in red to the right of the app's name. Scroll to find the Imprivata Cortext app from the list and tap and hold it and choose Update from the pop-up menu. You can also choose to update all apps by tapping Update All at the top of the screen
