Coming soon: The annual Caregiver Experience Survey

The annual Caregiver Experience Survey is one of the best ways to make your voice heard at St. Charles. This is an opportunity for each and every caregiver to provide valuable feedback to the organization in an anonymous way, so please plan to participate! When? Sept. 6-26. Look for an email from Glint in your inbox when the survey opens.

Please note two things:

1. To make it as easy as possible for all to participate, a QR code will be printed on the huddle sheets and posted on CaregiverNet. Caregivers can scan this code and fill out the survey on their phones. This method of participation requires a caregiver ID and birth year but does not remove the anonymity from the survey. Your answers will still be anonymous.
2. If you scan the QR code and enter your info before Sept. 6, you will see a message that you have no surveys at this time. This is not a technical error; it just means the survey hasn’t started! Please follow the same steps between Sept. 6 and Sept. 26 and you’ll be able to access the survey.
